Installation:

LED Strip light must be installed on aluminium heat sink or aluminium channel.
LED Strip must be used with correct 12v DC or 24v DC power supply with adequate allowance of load.
LED Strip must not exceed the maximum run length specified in product details.
Do not bend, twist or strongly pull LED strip during installation.
LED Strip must not be installed in wet areas, and locations where water can be accumulated.

Warranty:

3 Year Residential Warranty: If used less than 8 hours per day.
1 Year Residential Warranty: If used for more than 8 hours per day.
1 Year Commercial Warranty.

Please note:

All LED Strips are tested and carefully packed before dispatch.
If products are defective during warranty period, they will be replaced under warranty terms.
Vencha is not responsible for any additional expenses such as transport, access equipment and installation fees.

Returns:

LED Strip supplied in custom lengths cannot be returned.
LED Strip supplied in 30m Reels can be accepted but may incur restocking fees.
